About Me
I'm Rosie. I went through early menopause at 43 and it knocked me sideways. I'm now a certified strength coach and menopause specialist, and I've spent the last few years figuring out what actually helps (spoiler: it's lifting weights and ignoring most of what we've been told about our bodies).
I'm based in Ilkeston, I work part-time in adult education, I have a dog called Bramley, and I take my training very seriously while taking myself considerably less so.
